We accept Visa, MasterCard Discover, and Credit Card for your convenience. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. If you have any questions about your account, please contact us. You are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement, and most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Please call us if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after insurance payment is your responsibility. Prompt payment is appreciated. Monthly payment plans can be arranged before the procedure.
