Dentist shaking hands with patient in modern dental office treatment room

Important Details For Your Initial Appointment

During your first appointment, we will discuss your diagnosis and treatment options. In some cases, treatment may be provided on the same day. However, if you have a complex medical history or treatment plan, a second appointment will be needed for treatment on a different day.

To help us prepare for your consultation, please provide the following information:

  • Referral slip and any X-rays (if applicable)
  • List of current medications
  • Completed forms for medical or dental insurance, if applicable. This will help us save time and assist you with processing any claims.

It is crucial that a parent or guardian accompanies all patients under 18 during the consultation visit.

Please inform the office if you have any medical conditions that may be relevant before surgery (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.), if you are taking any medications (such as heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.), or if you need medication before dental cleanings (such as antibiotics for pre-medication).

X-rays

If your previous dentist has taken x-rays within the last 6 months, you can ask them to send them to our office. If there isn't enough time, please collect them and bring them to our office. If more x-rays are needed, they can be done at our facility.
