We offer flexible payment options to fit your needs:

  • Pay a portion up front and the rest over an agreed upon time period with our no interest flex plan or low interest flex plan.
  • We accept check or credit card payments.

Please Note: Payment Is Due At The Time Of Service

We will bill your insurance company and monitor claims as a courtesy. Please notify us of any insurance plan changes. You are accountable for all fees, regardless of insurance coverage. Insurance companies typically respond within four to six weeks. Any outstanding costs are your responsibility.
