I had excellent care and treatment at Synergy Endodontics, Palmdale today. The outcome for my tooth wasn't the best news, but Dr. Oo tried everything and viewed every angle to find a way around an extraction. I appreciated all their efforts and highly recommend if you have a need for endodontics, reach out to this office!
I went for to see Dr. Li for a tooth that had had a previous root canal and now was very infected and I was in pain. After preliminary X-rays and CT, his staff scheduled me for a root canal the next day. Dr. Li explained everything about this complicated case and felt the tooth could be saved. He is very professional, skilled, caring and has a great bedside manner. He’s just done a second root canal that was painless and I actually started to fall asleep. Very impressed with the entire staff. Highly recommend.
Very pleased. Office staff presented me with the exact charge for the procedure then informed me of my share no surprises. Then Dr. Monseff explained what he saw and how we can proceed. He answered my questions and I appreciated his patience and professionalism and his telling me what I can expect at my next visit. Talk about putting me at ease! Thank you staff and Doctor!
Dr. Oo and her staff were wonderful and very gentle with my husband who suffers with extreme dental anxiety. He walked out of the building with a smile on his face and zero pain after two root canals. Cannot recommend Synergy Endodontics enough!
I had the good fortune to be treated by Dr. Monsef. I was very fearful about the root canal, but he put me at ease by explaining what he was doing as he moved along and the procedure was painless. Several days later I went to a family dentist for the crown prep, and had some issues with pain and called Dr. Monsef with concerns. The good doctor took the time to look at the pain site and explain what had occurred. I am so appreciative of his time and professionalism.
I immediately felt comfortable there, the docs bedside manner was excellent and everyone was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. Dentist offices tend to be a place that invokes great anxiety and I felt at ease the entire time. He took his time explaining the process and offering options in terms of what procedures/the next steps I could take would be… all around great experience.
I was referred to Dr. Li by my new dentist. He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and has a great “chair-side” manner. The office staff all seem very efficient and welcoming. My X-ray was performed by a really great dental technician whose name I did not get, unfortunately. She was very gentle, professional and quick. I had a great first visit to Synergy Endodontics.
Dr Monsef is a magic man. I went in for a root canal on a tooth that was pretty far gone. I literally felt NOTHING. From the initial local anesthetic, through the whole procedure, to now the next day, Nothing. He said I might have some gum irritation the next day, I’m sitting here like nothing happened.
